Purely Pilates Studio is a contemporary Pilates studio, located in Stowmarket, Suffolk. We offer a range of group classes, small group classes and one-to-one instruction that includes remedial Pilates. Our studio has a mat area equipped with a range of small props. The studio also has a separate area equipped with Pilates Reformers. We are a Pilates Education Centre. In partnership with Balanced Body, we run Pilates teacher training courses for  Mat, Reformer and Anatomy in Three Dimensions. Our aim is to motivate and inspire, having fun along the way. We welcome beginners and experienced Pilates practitioners alike.
